Classes
Intro
New to pole
The beginning of your pole journey.
The Intro Series has three classes (A, B, and C), each with a specific syllabus of movements. Start with Intro A, and you can take each class as many times as you’d like. Once comfortable in all three classes, you’re ready to take other classes.
FORM & FLOW
All levels
Train as an athlete and an artist in our signature all-levels class. Class starts with FORM, which focuses on building strength and flexibility. Then learn a FLOW sequence, which is designed with movements for various skill-levels. Each 60-minute class is followed by an optional 15-minute freestyle session.
For dancers who have completed the Intro Series or have pole experience.
The Goodside
Beginner & Intermediate
The Goodside +
Intermediate & Advanced
The Goodside focuses on specific skills and moves through alignment and transitions so that you can master each movement.
For dancers who have completed the Intro Series or have pole experience. If you have strong inverts and climbs, try The Goodside+ for an additional challenge.
Low Flow
All levels
Stay grounded with Low Flow. This class emphasizes the art of smooth transitions, utilizing spins, slides, and floorwork around the base of the pole.
Low Flow classes are perfect for exploring your expressive and artistic side without climbing or inverting. Knee pads recommended, heels optional (the front desk can assist you with both!). For dancers who have taken the Intro Series and are comfortable in all levels classes.
Spin Intro
New to spin
Don’t spiral, spin.
With static pole, dancers move around the pole. With spin pole, the pole is also in motion, opening up a world of shapes, transitions, and seeing things from a new perspective.
Designed for dancers who have completed the Intro Series and are comfortable in all-levels or beginner classes.
Spin
Beginner & Intermediate
Spin +
Intermediate & Advanced
Fly and float. Spin classes are taught with the pole set to spin mode. Wind up to wind down in the wonderful world of spin pole. Create dynamic shapes, ethereal holds, and seamless transitions at your own rotating pace.
Take Spin Intro prior to Spin. If you are confident in inverts and Spin, try Spin + for an additional challenge.
Heels
Beginner & Intermediate
Heels +
Intermediate & Advanced
Heightened and enlightened. Learn dynamic, sensual, and graceful movements in heels, while developing balance and exploring edgework.
Bring knee pads and heels. The front desk can help you with both! First times in heels? Read our FAQs.
Free flow
All levels
Find freedom in your freestyle. Through guided prompts and visualizations, you’ll explore connecting authentically with the music and the pole. Discover your expressive style, explore musical interpretation, and learn specific tools to help spark inspiration.
This class is designed for dancers who have already taken the Intro Series.
