Intro
New to pole

The beginning of your pole journey.

The Intro Series has three classes (A, B, and C), each with a specific syllabus of movements. We recommend starting with Intro A. Take each class as many times as you’d like. Once comfortable in all three classes, you’re ready to take other classes.

FORM & FLOW
All levels

Train as an athlete and an artist in our signature all-levels class. Class starts with FORM, which focuses on building strength and flexibility. Then learn a FLOW sequence, which is designed with movements for various skill-levels. Each 60-minute class is followed by an optional 15-minute freestyle session.

For dancers who have completed the Intro Series or have pole experience.

Low Flow
All levels

Stay grounded with Low Flow. This class emphasizes the art of smooth transitions, utilizing spins, slides, and floorwork around the base of the pole.

Low Flow classes are perfect for exploring your expressive and artistic side without climbing or inverting. Knee pads recommended, heels optional (the front desk can assist you with both!). For dancers who have taken the Intro Series and are comfortable in all levels classes.

Spin Intro
New to spin

Don’t spiral, spin.

With static pole, dancers move around the pole. With spin pole, the pole is also in motion, opening up a world of shapes, transitions, and seeing things from a new perspective.

Designed for dancers who have completed the Intro Series and are comfortable in all-levels or beginner classes.
